License Agreement

When you purchase an image from Models2use.com, you are bound by the following agreements:

Usage

Each license includes one of the following usage categories:

Use of the cartoon in a personal capacity or internally within a non-profit school, college, or university by a single teacher/student as a learning/teaching tool.
For this license, personal use is defined as use by a private individual, not for commercial or professional gain. It includes rights to use the image within personal emails (up to 100 recipients) or on a single URL for an indefinite period, such as within a personal blog, personal website, or personal social media post. It excludes use related to advertising or the user’s profession.
Educational use includes use within non-profit schools, colleges, or universities for classroom teaching or any other internal use by the organization’s staff and students, as long as it is not made available to the general public. This license permits repeated use by the same teacher/student.
This license excludes use in presentations to other teachers, flyers, any use outside the classroom, promotion of the organization, or use by commercial training or educational organizations that charge customers for profit.
Territory of Publication/Use: Worldwide

Use of the cartoon in a presentation, newsletter, or email, not in an outward-facing promotional context.
Includes internal emails, internal newsletters/reports with a circulation of up to 1,000 per year, or business presentations to the purchasing organization’s staff, clients/customers, suppliers, or other stakeholders, provided the cartoon is not made available outside the presentation context.
This license allows unlimited reuse of the document containing the cartoon by the license holder and the production of up to 1,000 newsletters/presentation handouts per year indefinitely.
Additionally, this license includes electronic rights to upload/archive the cartoon within the original document to a single fixed URL online.
Territory of Publication/Use: Worldwide

Use of the cartoon in a single social media campaign. Includes use where the social media post promotes a commercial entity. Allows one advertisement per social media channel for the same campaign (e.g., one post on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, provided all posts are part of the same campaign).
Use of the cartoon in a single email campaign. Includes use for promoting a commercial entity, sharing the image with paying subscribers, or use by a public entity for knowledge-sharing with other public institutions.
Use of the cartoon on a website or blog, on a single URL for an indefinite period. Includes use where the website has paying subscribers, advertisers, or promotes a commercial entity.
Includes use within electronic publications such as eBooks, digital magazines, catalogs, or brochures.
Territory of Publication/Use: Worldwide

Use of the cartoon as part of a publication (not the cover and printed on less than half a page) made available to individuals outside the purchasing organization. Includes use for printed publications where the image is part of the editorial content. You may reproduce the image in any electronic format as part of the same content and context as in the printed publication.
Publication is permitted only in books, magazines, catalogs, or brochures that are sold, receive paid advertising, or are used to promote a commercial entity.
Territory of Publication/Use: Worldwide

Models2use.com grants the image user a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to copy the specified Models2use.com image(s) to their computer and use the image(s) and any derivatives or copies (collectively the “image(s)”) on their personal or company computers. This license applies only to the image(s), descriptions, podcasts, and other commercially offered content, provided the applicable licensing fees are paid as specified above.
This license allows the image user to use the image(s) only for the stated purpose. Any other use requires prior written consent from Models2use.com.
The image user may not publish a modified version of the image(s) or any part thereof without prior written consent from Models2use.com. However, they may change the font of the image(s)’ captions at their discretion without prior approval.
The specified image(s) may not be sold or sublicensed, alone or as part of another product, outside the product/publication covered by this license.

Pornographic, defamatory, libelous, or otherwise unlawful use of the image(s) is prohibited.
Where a credit is required, the following text must appear near the image(s): “www.Models2use.com“.
All rights to the image(s) are owned by Models2use.com or the creator and are protected by Dutch or applicable local copyright laws, international treaties, and other laws. The license will automatically terminate without notice if the user violates any terms of this agreement.
For satirical commentary or parody purposes, a cartoon (“the work”) may occasionally include third-party intellectual property. The licensee is responsible for ensuring that such use is permissible in their jurisdiction.
The image user must provide a copy of any publication containing the licensed image(s) to Models2use.com upon request.
