Although Models2use.com strives to ensure the accuracy of the information, Models2use makes no guarantee or warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any information or material on the website. Additionally, the cartoons made by Models2use and other cartoonists are not created by the designer of the models. These often include Models2use’s own “touch” by Plume Perdue. This also applies to the descriptions of the models. The ‘interpretation’ of Plume Perdue is leading, not the description from the original source of the model.

Models2use.com offers other cartoonists the opportunity to present their cartoons. The sale of these cartoons is fully handled on the Models2use.com website. Models2use.com handles the financial settlement with the cartoonists. The name of the cartoonist is explicitly shown on the Models2use.com website. Visitors to the Models2use.com website are welcome to contact these cartoonists directly outside of Models2use.com. If requested by the cartoonist, contact details will be explicitly displayed. If these details are not available on the site, Models2use can provide contact information upon request and approval from the cartoonist.

Models2use.com keeps minimal data on customers. Models2use.com will never sell or provide data to third parties. Acquisition of such data by, for example, theft (hacks, etc.) is not the responsibility of Models2use.com.

Content

The website and content are provided “as is,” with no guarantees of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including (but not limited to) the exclusion of warranties related to title, merchantability, adequacy for a specific purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property or other third-party rights. Orders

Orders are placed on the Models2use.com website. MODELS2USE.COM does not establish a customer relationship with the party placing the order. The entire processing of the order is done online on the site. Models2use promptly informs the buyer that the order has been correctly received. In case of issues with digital transactions, Models2use.com will resolve it through contact with the buyer. The purchased products will always be delivered!

Delivery

Delivery is made by MODELS2USE.COM via email, regardless of which cartoonist created the product.

Payment

Payment is made in advance on the Models2use platform. Models2use handles payment to the cartoonist. Prepayment can be made via iDeal, PayPal, or Credit Card. Models2use.com is free to add additional payment methods without public notification.

Returns

Returning a product is not possible. This is difficult with a product you have received that cannot be physically returned. For complaints, Models2use.com will contact the buyer and resolve the issue.

Notification

You agree to notify MODELS2USE.COM immediately in writing if you notice any party accessing or using the website without permission, or if you believe the website or any content on the website infringes any copyright, trademark, or other contractual or legal rights or rights based on jurisprudence of any party.
